StatiX Interactive (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the mobile game Pick & Profit: Idle Mining (the “App”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Information We Collect

We do not ask for or collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Apart from promo code redemption, described below, they are not transmitted to us.
When you redeem a promo code, the App sends the code you entered and a randomly generated Miner ID to our servers. The Miner ID is created on your device, contains no personal information, and is used only to confirm that a code has not already been claimed.

Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services that collect certain information (such as a device advertising identifier) to provide features like advertising and basic analytics:

Advertising

The App may display advertisements, including rewarded video ads, provided by Google AdMob. Ad partners may use a device advertising ID to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads).

Promo Codes

The App lets you redeem promotional codes shared through our community channels. When you tap Redeem, the code you entered and your Miner ID are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our server so we can confirm the code is valid and has not already been used. We store only the code, the Miner ID that claimed it, and the time of the claim. We do not store your IP address, and this information is never used for advertising and is not shared with third parties.

Your Miner ID is shown on the Redeem screen inside the App. It is regenerated if you reinstall the App or reset your progress. To request deletion of a claim record, contact us at the address below.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Data Security

Apart from the promo code records described above, we do not store your personal data on our own servers. Information sent to us is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Any data handled by third-party services is subject to their respective security practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
